Uber is currently valued at $95 billion. Tesla buying Uber would be a terrible decision. Tesla has $23B in cash and doesn't need to spend $95B to successfully start its own ride-hailing network. Just like with Tesla's Supercharger network, OEM's will line up to license FSD.
